Kanye West and rapper Q-Tip were among those in the show's audience.
The 11-song set also included a cover of Otis Redding's 'Try A Little Tenderness' as well as the band's hit singles 'Shake It Out', 'Dog Days Are Over' and 'Drumming Song'. 'MTV Unplugged' will be released on CD and digital download on April 9.
